LOVE MY HOME
The staff at 5th Avenue have made it my home. They are kind, helpful, and wonderful people. The newest addition to the team is Matthew and he is doing a fabulous job!!! 5th Avenue gives you loft living in the suburbs nestled within a historic old furniture factory building that is over a 100 years old. I will be here almost 4 years......Thank you!!!!

Love My Home
The staff at 5th Avenue Station have made it my home. They are gracious, helpful, kind and wonderful people. You get a loft experience in the suburbs. Exposed brick, beams, big windows. The building is over a 100 years old and full of character. I love living here... going on 4 years!!!

We have been living at 5th Ave station for 7 years and really enjoy it . We like to walk to Naperville center which is so close and also take the train into Chicago for cultural events, with the station so conveniently located from across the building. The apartments have charm with their exposed wooden beams and brick walls. The outdoor deck with grills is a wonderful way to meet other people . Management is very responsive and repairs and other concerns are addressed quickly. Also we get spoiled with treats and an Easter egg hunt with prizes today

Excellent choice for apartment living. Convenient, very cool and cozy apartment/loft layout with a city vibe. The walking distance to downtown Naperville and proximity to the Metra/Amtrak is amazing. The management is great - so kind and responsive to any concerns or requests. If you are going to rent, this is the place in Naperville.
