I’ve been living here for almost 2 months now, but forgot to write my appreciation for my girl Felicia! She made my search, questions, and move-in process so smooth and delightful and easy!!! She is always prompt in getting back to me on any questions and truly supports everyone’s living experience here! Not only are the building and units beautiful, but it’s been amazing living here so far! Absolutely love it, along with the staff 🤍

For what it’s worth, I was here the day it was restored in the late 80s. It was a staple of my childhood. There was a fabulous candy store, a Chinese restaurant we loved and ate at often, and a store that sold crystals and rocks. A special place, for sure. I’m sure the apartments are cool, can only imagine.

It's absolutely so cool they restored this into offices and apartments. Very unique and historical even. Oh, and there is the farmers market on Saturdays in the summer! So cute and great for community support.
